Cycling is a great, low-impact way to stay fit and healthy until it starts to hurt. Knee pain, saddle pain, numb hands, sore back, etc … most cycling pain occurs due to poor bike fit and posture.
In this 1-day workshop, we will provide specialist advice on how to identify and solve common cycling-related discomfort. We will share basic practical tips and techniques on how to achieve a comfortable riding position.
The Bikefit Goniometer is an excellent tool for the professional bike fitter. Color-coded to easily and quickly determine joint and body position angles which are used to determine proper seat height, stem height and length, etc.
This workshop will start if we have a minimum of 5 students. If the workshop runs low on sign-ups, you will be offered an alternative class or full refund.
Full-time.This course is conducted over one full day, from 9am to 5pm with lunch and short breaks in between.
No prior experience required. Preferably 16 years and older.
